RETURN POLICY

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging — and you'll need proof of purchase.

Note: This EU right applies independently of our 90-day policy and is governed by EU consumer law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
