Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and shipped.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

1–3 business days processing + 4–8 business days shipping
Free & Insured Shipping
We offer Free & Insured Shipping on every ThunderJet order.
This means your package is protected while in transit. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Delayed Orders
While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high order volume.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details.
